My newborn sessions are not naked babies in baskets. I will photograph all of the adorable parts of your newborn baby but I tend to focus on photographing a newborn session more like a lifestyle session. I want to make sure I photograph your baby with you, with their pets, in their new surroundings. I focus on your relationship. That said, all newborn sessions take place in your home. The sessions themselves take between 1 1/2- 2 hours. Oh- your baby doesn't have to be a newborn either- most of my newborn sessions are done between 2 weeks - 1 month after the birth of your baby.

Six month sessions are also flexible in timing. If you want to wait until your child has met a certain milestone, we can extend out the six month session to up to 8-9 months. Six months sessions can take place either in home or at a location or a combination of both. Most of my session takes place at your home and then we step outside to play a bit. It is perfect for six month olds to show off some of their new skills as well as incorporate your home and how much they have grown in a few short months. Six month sessions are shorter in length- typically about 1 - 1 1/2 hours.

The one year session (also can be extended out to 15 months) is truly so much fun. This is typically the session where we pick a new location or plan for their first birthday party or even go to the park. First year sessions are shorter in length as well- 1 - 1 1/2 hours. I truly love making the first year images look heirloom so you will treasure them for a lifetime.
